Gaano Nga Ba Kahirap Maghanap ng Trabaho sa Pilipinas?

Gumaganda na daw ang ekonomiya ng Pilipinas pero ayun sa ILO (International Labor Organization) sa Southeast Asia, Pilipinas pa din ang may pinakamataas na unemployment rate. Marami ang walang trabaho, marami ang tambay. Upang malaman natin ang statistics nito ilan nga ba ang bilang ng mga unemployed sa bansa?

Kaya kung ikaw ay walang trabaho pwede ka raw makapunta ng TESDA upang magtraining. Upang pagkatapos nito maaari ka nang magsimula ng sarili mong negosyo matapos n’yo itong mapag-aral. 
 
Bukod pa dito ang magkabilaang sinasagawang Job Fairs. Sabi pa nga ng gobyerno ang kailangan lang talaga ay maging wais at madiskarte ang isang naghahanap ng trabaho. Pero sapat nga bang dahilan ito para sa kawalan ng mapapasukang trabaho? Gobyerno Wala Pa Ring Plano sa Recovery at Tulong Para sa mga Biktima ni Yolanda

Wala pa ring malinaw na plano ang gobyerno sa rehabilitasyon ng mga nasalanta ng bagyong Yolanda. Si Rehabilitation Czar Panfilo Lacson dismayado naman sa ilang kasamahan nya sa gabinete. Ang hamon naman ni Senator Chiz Escudero, parusahan ang mga opisyal na makupad umaksyon. 
 
Eksaktong anim na buwan na mula ng nanalasa ang mala-delubyong bagyo na Yolanda. Agad naman nagbuhos noon ang mga tulong maging ng mga ibang bansa. Pero inamin ngayon ng gobyerno na sa nakalipas na kalahating taon, wala pa ring malinaw na master plan para sa rehabilitasyon sa mga apektadong lugar.

Hinati din nila ang mga ahensya sa limang cluster para mapabilis. Ang kaso isa pa lamang sa mga cluster na ito ang nagsumite na ng kanilang report. 
 
Limitado din ang kakayahan ni Sec. Panfilo Lacson dahil hanggang koordinasyon lang ng mga ahensya ang maari nyang gawin. Kaya ganito na lang ang panlulumo nya sa ilang sa kasamahan sa gabinete. Ayun kasi sa kanya merong 2 opisyal ang parang walang paki-alam kung baga deadma. 
 
Kung sinuman ang dalawang ito hindi nya na pinangalanan pa. Ngunit, kakausapin nya ang Pangulong Pnoy tungkol dito.

Organization of the faculty at the University of the Philippines (UP) in Diliman, Quezon City opposed changing the academic calendar to start in August which already happened on some UP campuses.

Supply ng Tubig sa Pilipinas Problema Pa Rin Sa Ibang Lugar

Isang libong mga barangay sa Pilipinas ang wala pa ring supply ng tubig. Libu-libong Pilipino rin ang namamayay taun-taon dahil sa sakit na nakukuha sa maruming tubig. Kahit meron pang 30 ahensya ng gobyerno ang tumututok sa pangangasiwa sa tubig.

Nagagawa nga ba ng bawat ahensya ang kanilang trabaho? Depende kung sino ang tatanungin, kung ang sobra-sobrang ulan ay maituturing na sumpa o biyaya. Pero kung ang tubig ay buhay, hindi maitatangging isa ang Pilipinas sa pinakamaswerteng bansa sa buong mundo dahil sa dami ng tubig ulan ang bumabagsak dito.

Iyun nga lang di ito naaani ng mahusay. Isang bagay ang magkaroon ng tubig at ibang bagay naman ang magkaroon ng sistema para magamit at mapakinabangan ito ng maigi. Ang ibang lugar kasi ay sobra-sobra ang tubig at ang iba naman ay salat na salat.

Kasama naman ang Department of Enegry sa tatlong nangangasiwa sa hydro-power energy o enerhiyang nakukuha sa tubig upang gawing kuryente.

Bawat ahensya ay kanya-kanyang ginagampanan at polisiya na kumokontra sa ibang ahensya. Kaya ang nangyayari nagkakaroon ng kakulangan sa koordinansyon.

Trabaho sana ng National Water Resources Board (NWRB) na makipag-ugnayan sa lahat ng mga ahensya tungkol sa tamang paggamit ng tubig. Ngunit maging sila aminadong kulang ang mga kagamitan at trabahador. Halos limang tao lamang kasi ang nag-iinspeksyon. Hawak din ng ahensya ang pangangasiwa sa serbisyo ng tubig sa ibang bahagi ng bansa.

Gumastos ang pamahalaan ng halos 20 bilyung piso para sa paggamit ng tubig. Malaking pondo nito ang napunta sa agrikultura, pagsasa-ayos ng nga ilog, at programang pansagot sa problema sa baha.

Ngunit 1,353 barangay pa ring sariling supply ng tubig. Halos 20, 075 na Pinoy ang namamatay taon-taon dahil dito. Ang higit na nakakabahala higit 20 probinsya sa buong bansa ang magdurusa sa panahon ng tagtuyot.

Para pag-isahin ang lahat ng ahensyang namamalakad sa tubig. Pangulo na ang nagtatag ng  Water Inter-Agency commitee na layong mapabuti ang pamamahala sa tubig at yamang kaakibat nito.

For the first time, Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) and the provincial government of Rizal worked together and collaborated to plant trees in three villages of Jalajala, Rizal. It happened the last February 6 this year.

The three villages for where Putat trees were planted are;
<ol> <li>Barangay Special District</li> <li>Barangay 2nd District</li> <li>Barangay 3rd District</li></ol>
These three places were on the near side of Laguna de Bay.

The joint project of planting trees led by LLDA and the Rizal provincial government for the three barangays of Jalajala is part of the National Greening Program as one of President Benigno Aquino's goal. Also, a flagship project for the rehabilitation and protection of Laguna de Bay and the Ynares Eco System or YES To Green Program.
<ul> <li>LLDA planted Putat trees already ever since the 26th of February the year 2013 in two villages of San Pedro, Laguna. Which is located on the same side of Laguna de Bay. The project called "Putat Belt Tree Planting" which main purpose is to use the Putat as buffer zones, cover land surface above the streambed of the lake and to conserve Laguna de Bay Region from weathering like erosion.</li></ul>
